Founded in 2024, Santa Rosa Open Studios is a free annual event where art lovers can explore studios across the city over two weekends. This self‑guided tour offers a rare chance to meet artists, see their work up close, and experience the vibrant local arts scene.

This event is designed to be accessible to artists of all levels - from professional artists to those exhibiting their art for the very first time. 

Winterblast

Our annual neighborhood festival, Winterblast is a dynamic and spirited community gathering and celebration of art featuring local artists, musicians an dperformers in the SofA district.  The highlight is the exlectic parade showcasing decorated sofas and street performers.  A community favorite for the past 20 years.

ReLEAF

Just as art has the power to improve quality of life and benfit communities, so do trees!

SRUAP is collaborating with California ReLeaf to plant more trees in Santa Rosa, California. 

 California ReLeaf's mission is to support grassroots efforts and build strategic partnerships that protect, enhance and grow California's urban and community forests.  

Friends of the Prince Memorial Greenway

SRUAP works with our friends to keep this jewel of our community-the bike path and walkway lining the SR creek! 

Friends of the PMG organize trash pickups, infrastructure maintenance, vegetation management, cleaning the art, and graffiti abatement.

Joy of Biking Zine Workshop at the SCBC Pedal Fest! 

Artist/community activator Kristin Kiefer led a zine-making activity at the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition Pedal Fest on 5/31. 

We talked about health & wellness benefits with biking, and made art to tell storeis that celebrate what's important to us about biking!
